As the great deal of my work is data driven, the natural place to start is to delve straight into analysis of your current statistics. I extract data from Google Search Console and Analytics as well as a few third party tools and collate the data into a benchmarking report which I will then present to you.
2. Getting To Know My Clients
As a business owner, you know your business better than anyone. I use a series of onboarding questions to help me get a clearer understanding of my clients, their business models and goals. Understanding a businesses goals is a key element to creating a digital strategy.
3. Industry Research
I am fortunate to have a whole arsenal of different tools at my disposal that I use to get a clear overview of your competitve landscape. Each and every vertical is different so this enables me to build a clear picture of what is having the most impact in your market.
4. Review With Client
When you work with me, I like to keep you in the loop. All of the above steps will be completed in the first week of your campaign. Once I have completed my research and analysis we will arrange a call with you and our team to go over the data and review our findings before we create your strategy.
1. Technical SEO Audit
One of the most important tasks that I perform is a full Technical SEO Audit. Consisting of several hundred manual checks to identify potential problems on-site which could be affecting your performance in the SERPS.
2. Website Grading
I use a whole host of different tools including (but not limited to) Ahrefs, SEMrush, Link Research Tools and BuzzSumo in order to analyse the market to see not only what is working, but also what is not! We use this data in order to create your own personalised SEO strategy.
3. Keyword Research
Keyword Research is a pillar of what I do. Correctly carried out, keyword research will form the foundations of the strategy for potential customers to find you online. I identify and classify your keywords for each page on your site to complement your SEO strategy.
4. On-Page Optimisation
Once the keyword research is complete, I then create a plan which outlines which pages are to target which phrases. We then detail all the changes to be made and once we have your approval I will then make the changes necessary to draw in the extra traffic from your new keywords.
1. Acting On Audits
Once I have conducted my audits and checks, there will inevitably be items to fix. The vast majority of issue can be mixed by myself or my associates, in some cases I may need to suggest more deep seated changes (ie web design) but this is rarely the case.
2. Keyword Gap Analysis
I conduct different styles of keyword research. The research that has, up until this stage been conducted, is for your existing pages. With a Keyword Gap Analysis I am able to analyse the top ranking websites in your market and identify opportunities which you may be currently missing.
3. Content Matrix Creation
By analysing the keywords uncovered with the gap analysis, we decide upon the users intent when they are searching for these terms. By aligning them in the correct stage in the sales funnel I plan topic models for your content to ensure you see maximum ROI.
1. Link Building Intelligence
As part of my initial research I analyse your competitors as well as your site to get an understanding of the types of links that you would require to reach the top of the SERPs. I will then create a database of link prospects that I would like to target in preperation for outreach.
Linkbuilding through effective outreach is a delicate art. There are several different tactics that I employ, that primarily revolve around sending many hundreds of pitches to websites which I beleive would benefit you by having a link back to yours.

How Long Does SEO Take?
Seeing expected results which are outlined when I create your strategy will all depend on your business goals. The competitive level of your industry will also be a defining factor. Less competitive markets can see results in a very short period, where highly competitive markets can take 12 months or more to achieve the top rankings.
What's Your Pricing?
There is no ‘one size fits all’ for SEO campaigns which is why I do not have set priced packages. For certain tasks such as audits, I will create a set price. This price would depend on the size of your website and the amount of time I will spend on the work. For ongoing campaigns, pricing is created on a case by case basis depedent on what is required and the time involved.

No SEO Professional will ever guarantee top rankings, simply because it is impossible to guarantee. What I will do is work on your website to ensure it is in the best position to receive top rankings.
